Looking for reports?

Reporting has its own section. See Reporting for the PDF and Excel reports and how to schedule them.

What's there

Dashboard. The first page after you log in. It shows totals for the season (Number of Stores, Tonnage Stored, Fields, Area Planted) and charts such as Recently Raised Issues, Planted Area (Ha), Stores On Hold and Movement Timeline. Some people also see a Storage Risk summary. Which cards you see depends on your team's features and your permissions.

Map View. A map of your fields. Filter it by grower, variety or field, or search for a field by name. Click a field to open a card with its grower, photos, issues, planting details and dates, and estimated yield. Map View appears in the sidebar when your team uses Field Management.

Visits. Field Visits and Store Visits, under Visits in the sidebar, show your team's visits as a feed of cards, newest first. Filter them by severity, grower, issue and more, and see which issues are turning up most.

Community. A forum for sharing what you're seeing this season with growers across Potato Diary. Browse threads by category, search, start a New Thread or reply. It appears in the sidebar with a New badge when it's switched on.

Notifications. The bell in the top bar lists your recent notifications. Unread ones are highlighted. Click one to open what it's about, or click Mark all as read. To choose which notifications you get, see Managing notification preferences.

Ask AI. An assistant you can ask general questions about potato storage. Open it with the Ask AI button in the top bar, or from the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Your past conversations are saved. It only appears if AI has been switched on for your account.

Delivery Tickets. Under Record Keeping › Storage, for teams that have the deliveries feature.

Likes and comments. You can like store and field visits, and comment on them when you open a visit. Forum posts can be liked too.
